Cell Phone Towers Double As Rainfall Monitors

This made me laugh, really.
How about cell phone towers can check to see if they have been gifted by using changes in rainfall measurements.

I went looking for the noise friends have emailed me about and this is what I found.  Please verify if it sounds right or wrong.  Sometimes they trick me and I need to know it.  Sometimes not.  Or it may be distorted and we need more  information.

I came in over the city a couple of hundred feet in the air.  I went looking for the old and nice neighborhood that you  might have lived in before.  What I found was some black or grey ball, very big.  I was a bit off on the left side from the  big curve going into the city or neighborhood.  It was heavily shielded to prevent car’s electrical systems from being  damaged.  It was also hidden from view for most people.  Most people could look at it and maybe not see it.  Most  people did not see the shielding either.  Looking past the shielding the ball was made of plates that were maybe 5 or 6  or 7 or 8 sided.  I am not sure as I could not get close enough to see and it was clouded or fogged to my vision.  This ball exists outside of our dimension.  I’m not sure what that means, but it was fading in and out of my view.  There was a large and tall building on the other side of the shielding as well, but no one else was seeing it.

In the neighborhood, all the houses and trees and people I expected to see were not there.  The lawns were gone.  There were big warehouse stores and also storage buildings.  There were also buildings that I did not know what were.  It was run down.  People did not go outside.  They were friendly if you went inside with them.  The session ended there.  It  makes me think the noise was coming from the ball.  The noise is not to benefit us, but I don’t know the purpose.

RV Intel

Today from about 11am to noon I went on an intel run as I feel things are going to heat up soon.  This one was to be by RV.  I believe there is major underground activitiy nearby.   That was my intel goal.

I was pulled off course and forward into time.  Sometimes i become unstuck in time and was not worried.  It became an OOBE instead.

First off I met three humans.  One was empty headed or something, one was a leader and the last was a guard.  The leader had me follow into a building saying he had important information.  The third followed.

We were up on the second floor looking down.  The first floor had inscriptions or maybe memorial stones on the floor.  These were people who had died for gifting.

I has told I was not to go out on attack as of yet has I had to improve my health if my body was going to survive.  I didn’t care as I figured I only had one or two good OOB attacks left in me before I moved on to being totally an etheric gifter.  Unfortunately it seems I am not going to get off that easy yet.  I had believed my wife and I didn’t have to worry about it as we had seen our last birthdays.

Now on to the inscriptions.  These are strange and I could use help for their meaning.  One of the humans said these people are/were important.  One of them is you.  The spelling seems strange.

This is my first OOB/RV that has a little color in it.

The next thing five agents came in the room across the way.  They were also on the second floor.  They were using tech to screen and operate.  The lead agent pulled out a piece of tech and pointed it at us.  I was not able to affect him.  I fully expected to be hurt or worse.  He then said something to the effect that "I don’t like you guys, but I hate the Zeti (Seti? or ?) worst.  I don’t want them getting away with anything.  He pointed the tech at the third human and his feet/egs were shown to really be  recorders/bugs/transmitters.

They then walked out of the room.

I grabbed the bugged guy and boosted him.   He was not affected and was mostly empty in the head with just enough brains to follow us.

The other guy said, leave him, we must go back now.  So I did.

Thoughts and Questions:

• Being fit and health is more important then I thought.
• We are making a differance.
• I don’t know who all the players are.
• Do we want to look into the tech?
• I think the important people are people we know.
• I may not be able to join the ether squad this year.
• Some of the good people might be bugged/implanted.
